+ When will I get my order?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping available to 38 countries including the EU, UK, US, Canada & Australia.
Shipping time highly depends on the country, please notice the below details:
- To US & UK: Free Standard Shipping takes 7-14 days;
- To Rest of World except except US & UK: Free Standard Shipping takes 14-40 days. (due to Covid-19 delays);
We DO NOT ship to: India, Iceland, Bermuda, Argentina, Myanmar, Nepal, China, Iran and North-Korea.

+ What if I didn’t receive my order after the given time of getting the shipment notification?
No worries - slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. No you will not. Once you placed your order there will no more surprises or any hidden costs. Egypt not included.
