At Modern Man Boutique®, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share our products, some of which are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 1-4 working days.
  2. Shipping time: The Shipping times can be found below:
  • To US & UK: Fast Shipping takes 3-7 working days. Free Standard Shipping takes 7-14 working days;

  • To Rest of World Except US & UK: Fast Shipping takes 3-7 working days. Free Standard Shipping takes 14-30 days. (due to Covid-19 delays)

    We DO NOT ship to: India, Iceland, Bermuda, Argentina, Myanmar, Nepal, Jordan, China, Iran and North-Korea.
    Please note: Some Asian and some African countries require additional tariff and custom clearance costs* to be collected by the logistic company in order to deliver the parcel to the stated address.
    *Tariff and custom clearance costs is the tax levied upon goods as they cross national boundaries, usually by the government of the importing country.

    For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

    If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

    Tracking your order:

    You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

    Wrong address disclaimer:

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@modernmanboutique.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

    Refund and Return

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@modernmanboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    If your order has a problem, contact us by email. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We always try to resolve all issues with you as quickly as possible and with personal attention.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also don't refund Shipping fees for orders placed with Fast delivery. Those fees will have to be covered by the customer.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    Modern Man Boutique® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please reach out to our customer support team at support@modernmanboutique.com.


    There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

    Please contact us at support@modernmanboutique.com and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.
