Shipping policy
Our shipping method includes DHL, FedEx, TNT, USPS, UPS, ePacket and others. We will choose the best delivery service based on your location. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 1-4 working days.
- Shipping time: The Shipping times can be found below:
- To US & UK: Free Standard Shipping takes 7-14 days;
- To Rest of World Except US & UK: Free Standard Shipping takes 14-30 days. (due to Covid-19 delays)
We DO NOT ship to: India, Iceland, Bermuda, Argentina, Myanmar, Nepal, Iran and North-Korea.
